1. About Selasih Finance

Selasih Finance is an education provider registered and operating in Malaysia. We offer structured learning programmes on the subject of estate planning, inheritance, and related areas of Malaysian personal finance. Our registered address is Jalan Tun Abdul Razak 23, 80000 Johor Bahru, Johor.

We are an education provider only. We do not provide legal advice, financial planning advice, or act as a will-writer or estate planner. Any consultations offered as part of our programmes are for educational context and are provided by independently licensed professionals. Learners should seek the counsel of a qualified legal or financial professional for decisions specific to their circumstances.

2. Programme Enrolment

To enrol in a Selasih Finance programme, you must be 18 years of age or above. Our programmes are designed for adults aged 40 and above; however, younger adults who wish to join may do so at their own discretion.

Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. You will receive a confirmation email with programme details, session schedules, and access to any pre-reading materials within 3 business days of payment being received.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an enrolment where we believe it would not serve the learner's interests, or where programme capacity has been reached. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

3. Fees and Payment

Programme fees are as listed on our website at the time of enrolment:

• Introduction to Wills and Wasiat — RM 520
• Practical Estate Planning Workshop — RM 940
• Family Legacy Planning Programme — RM 1,450

All fees are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is accepted via the methods listed at checkout. We do not charge hidden fees beyond the stated programme price.

Selasih Finance reserves the right to adjust programme fees at any time. Fee changes will not affect confirmed enrolments.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that personal circumstances can change, and we handle all cancellation requests with care and consideration.

• Cancellation more than 14 days before the programme start date: A full refund will be issued, less a RM 50 administrative fee.
• Cancellation between 7 and 14 days before the programme start date: A 50% refund of the programme fee will be issued.
• Cancellation less than 7 days before the programme start date: No refund will be issued, but you may transfer your enrolment to the next available cohort at no additional charge, subject to availability.
• After programme commencement: Refunds are not available once a programme has begun. If you are unable to continue due to medical or compassionate circumstances, please contact us and we will discuss options including deferral.

To request a cancellation, please contact us in writing at the details provided in Section 12.

5. Programme Changes and Cancellation by Selasih Finance

Selasih Finance reserves the right to modify session schedules, delivery format (in-person or online), or programme content where necessary. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes. In the event that we cancel a programme in its entirety before it commences, enrolled learners will receive a full refund.

Minimum cohort numbers apply to group programmes. If insufficient enrolments are received, we may offer learners the option to defer to a future cohort or receive a full refund.

6. Conduct and Participation

All learners are expected to engage with programme sessions and fellow participants in a respectful and considerate manner. Selasih Finance reserves the right to remove a learner from a programme without refund if their conduct is disruptive, offensive, or harmful to others.

Session recordings, where made available, are for the personal educational use of enrolled learners only and may not be shared, redistributed, or reproduced in any form.

7. Intellectual Property

All programme materials, including written guides, templates, slides, and facilitation resources, are the intellectual property of Selasih Finance or our licensed content providers. Learners are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for their own estate planning education. Materials may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed without written permission from Selasih Finance.

8. Limitation of Liability

Selasih Finance provides educational content in good faith. We take care to ensure that programme materials are accurate and reflect current Malaysian law at the time of publication. However, we make no warranty that the information provided is complete, current, or applicable to your specific circumstances.

We accept no liability for any decisions made, actions taken, or outcomes arising from participation in our programmes or use of our materials. Our total liability to any learner for any claim arising from our programmes shall not exceed the programme fee paid by that learner.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site. You must not use our website to transmit unlawful, harmful, or offensive content, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

We endeavour to keep our website available and accurate, but we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the site without notice.

10. Testimonials and Photography

Where Selasih Finance displays testimonials from past learners, these reflect genuine experiences and are presented with the learner's permission. Individual results may vary. Testimonials are not a commitment to any particular outcome.

Photographs taken during programme sessions may be used for educational or promotional purposes. Learners who do not wish to be photographed should inform us at enrolment and we will accommodate this request.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms or from your participation in a Selasih Finance programme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
